Do you sell to the public?

Yes, most of our sales are directly to the public. We also offer a trade program for industry professionals such as interior designers, decorators, architects, builders, developers, electricians etc.

Do you have minimum order requirements?

No, you can purchase as little or as much as you wish.

How do I place an order?

Is it safe to purchase online?

Yes, we offer two online payment options. You can use PayFast which is a secure online payment service provider, or you can EFT directly into our bank account.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have our showroom, stores and offices in Kyalami. Due to the vast number of products available on our website we are only able to display a limited number of products. Should you wish to view a product before purchasing please contact us so we can arrange for you to view the product at one of our local supplier’s showrooms.

Is delivery in South Africa free?

Yes, orders with a value of R999 enjoy free delivery to most areas within South Africa. Rural, higher risk areas or very heavy / bulky orders will attract an additional delivery fee. Should this be the case we will contact you with details.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, once your order is ready you can collect at our premises in Kyalami.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will receive a SMS or email with a tracking number from our courier company. You can then track your order on our website.

Do you ship out of South Africa?

Yes, we can ship regionally and internationally. We can arrange our courier company to handle the shipments, or you can use your own preferred courier company. We do have an import and export permit.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Where possible, we generally endeavor to ship out orders within 2 to 3 days. Certain products, such as imports and custom-made fittings, will have longer lead times. These lead times are stipulated on the product description pages. Occasionally, certain products may be out of stock and in these cases, we will notify you. Can you quote off my plans?

Yes, we will glady measure off your building plans or lighting layouts and prepare a quote with the best lighting options.

Do you do onsite consultations?

Yes, we enjoy doing onsite consultations with our customers. At these meetings we will advise on the best solutions for the spaces and then prepare a detailed quote. There is a cost involved to cover our traveling and time. Please email for a quote – [email protected].

Do you offer a lighting design and layout service?

We can offer you a full lighting design service. This includes working with drawings in AutoCAD format. This service can include a basic lighting layout or a detailed lighting and switching design for your home, commercial or industrial project. We also offer detailed Relux reports where required. Do you handle lighting projects?

Yes, we offer a full project management service. Usually this includes a few initial consultations to establish the project’s needs. This is followed by the design phase, specifying of suitable products and full project management functions. Each project is different, and we are flexible in our approach. We can handle projects in South Africa, regionally and internationally.

Do you sell globes?

We have a vast range of globes available. Many of our fittings do not include globes and these need to be purchased separately.  It’s very important to select the correct globe relative to the fitting and its application. Speak to us so we can assist you.

Do you offer electrical installation services?

Unfortunately, not. We recommend arranging a qualified electrician for the installation of any light fittings.
