7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to keep you happy. If for some reason you wish to return your product within 7 days of receiving it, we will accept it back and offer you store credit. All we ask is that you return it in the same condition you received it. Please ensure that the product has not been installed or used and that it is sent back as new in the same undamaged packaging.
You will NOT be charged any handling or re-stocking fees for products returned under our 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Terms and conditions:
- Please complete a product return form on our website. Click here.
- Once we have verified that your product return is valid and within the 7-day return period we will contact you to make further arrangements.
- We will need to get the returned product back as soon as possible. Please will you assist us by ensuring that the product is ready for collection or delivery within 2 days.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following products for return under our 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Products bought on special promotions or having enjoyed additional discounts.
- Products which have been assembled or installed.
- Products that are not in their original undamaged packaging or not in “as new” condition.
- Custom manufactured or modified products.
- Products imported specifically for you.
- Gift vouchers.
- Light bulbs, LED strip, drivers, transformers and batteries.
- Please note that the initial and return delivery costs will be deducted from the store credit due to you. Should you wish, you are welcome to arrange your own delivery to get the product back to us.
- You will be given store credit for the value of the return less any adjustments. We do not offer cash refunds and ONLY store credit.
- This store credit must be spent with LightStore within 12 months of the credit being given.
