Yes, we offer two online payment options. You can use PayFast, which is a secure online payment service provider, or you can EFT directly into our bank account.

No, you can purchase as little or as much as you wish.

Yes, orders with a value above R999 enjoy free delivery to most areas within South Africa. Rural and higher risk areas or very heavy / bulky orders will be charged an additional delivery fee.  (We will contact you if your order falls into one of these categories.)

Yes, you will receive a SMS or email with a tracking number from our courier company. You can then track your order on our website.

Yes, once your order is ready you can collect it at our premises in Kyalami.

We can ship regionally and internationally.

Where possible, we generally ship out orders within 2 to 7 days. Certain products, such as imports and custom-made fittings, will have longer lead times. These lead times are stipulated on the product description pages. Occasionally, certain products may be out of stock and in these cases, we will notify you. Yes, we will glady measure off your building plans or lighting layouts and prepare a quote with the best lighting options.

Yes, we enjoy doing onsite consultations with our customers. At these meetings, we will advise on the best solutions for the spaces and then prepare a detailed quote. There is a cost involved to cover our traveling and time. Please email for a quote – sales@lightstore.co.za.

We can offer you a full lighting design service. This includes working with drawings in AutoCAD format. This service can include a basic lighting layout or a detailed lighting and switching design for your home, commercial or industrial project. We also offer detailed Relux reports where required. Yes, we offer a full project coordination service. Usually, this includes an initial consultation to establish the project’s needs. Each project is different and we are flexible in our approach. We can handle projects in South Africa, regionally and internationally.

We have a vast range of light bulbs available. Many of our fittings do not include bulbs and these need to be purchased separately.  It’s very important to select the correct light bulb relative to the fitting and its application. Speak to us so we can assist you.

Unfortunately, not. We recommend arranging a qualified electrician for the installation of any light fittings.
