7 Day “Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee”

 The Seller, being LightStore.co.za, may, at its sole discretion, accept returns of its products provided that such  products  are returned in “as new” condition, uninstalled and in the original packaging strictly within 7 days of receipt of the products by the buyer.

• The seller will not consider returns after the expiry of the 7 days.
• To complete a product return form (PRF). Please click here.
• Once the buyer’s return has been authorized by the seller, the seller shall make arrangements for the collection of the products at the buyer’s cost.
• The buyer shall ensure that the products being returned to the seller are available for collection, by the seller, within two (2) working days of such request. Failure to comply with this timeframe shall result in the product return being considered null and void.
• The seller is unable to accept the following products for returns:
  • Products bought on special promotions or having enjoyed additional discounts.
  • Products which have been assembled or installed by the buyer.
  • Products not in their original undamaged packing or not in “as new” condition.
  • Custom manufactured or modified products.
  • Products imported for the buyer.
  • Gift vouchers.
  • Bulk orders or project orders.
  • Light bulbs / lamps, LED strip, drivers, transformers, and batteries.
  • Regional or international orders.
• The buyer’s refund (excluding initial and return delivery charges) will be processed by the seller and paid within ten (10) working days of the products being received by the seller.
• Zero handling fees shall apply for products returned under the seven (7) day “Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee” provided such return has been approved, in writing, by the seller.
• The total costs of the initial and return shipping will be deducted from the credit due to the buyer.
• Should the seller, for whatever reason, determine that the returned products do not meet the requirements as set out above then the purchaser will have seven (7) days to arrange for collection of the products from the seller at their cost.
